The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice is a registered Scottish charity that provides palliative care and support for people living in South Glasgow and East Renfrewshire. Our palliative and end-of-life care services for patients, their families and carers are free.

Volunteer eBay Assistant – Photography

The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice are looking for volunteer online sales assistants to help with photography for their eBay shop.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience or an interest in online selling, to help with the sale of unique, vintage and designer items.

The role includes:

· Taking photos of items such as clothing, accessories and bric-a-brac

· Photo editing

· Uploading photos to eBay listings

· Packaging online orders

The role is based in our Oswald Street Shop in Broomielaw: 5 Oswald Street, Broomielaw, Glasgow, G1 4QR

Hours are flexible to suit individual volunteers’ needs between 10am-4pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Volunteers should be able to make a regular commitment of a minimum of two / three hours on a regular basis.

No previous experience required, but the following skills would be helpful:

· Knowledge of eBay and other online shopping platforms such as Vinted, Depop and Vestiaire Collective.

· Interest/experience in photography and photo editing.

· Interest/experience in online selling.

· Interest in/knowledge of sustainability and charity retail.
