LGBT+ Youth Scotland Advice Centre has a wide selection of advice and information aimed at young people aged 13-25. They also offer ways to get in touch online and get support from their youth workers.
Helplines
LGBT Health and Wellbeing are open Tuesday to Thursday 12pm – 9pm, and Sunday 1pm – 6pm.
Switchboard LGBT+ Helpline are open 10am – 10pm every day.
Galop are open Monday and Tuesday 9:15am – 8pm, and Wednesday to Friday 9:15am – 4:30pm.
LGBT+ Foundation are open Monday to Friday 9am – 8:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am – 5.30pm.
Mermaids UK are open Monday to Friday 1pm – 8:30pm.

Hidayah LGBT+ is a UK based organisation for LGBTQIA+ Muslims.
Shakti Women offers inclusive help for BAME women children and young people.
Trans and Non-Binary
Trans Masculine Scotland is a support group run by, and for, the trans masculine community. Meet-ups are both in-person and online.
Trans Youth Glasgow is a Glasgow based group for young people aged 16-25 who identify as transgender or want to explore their gender identity. The group meets every Monday from 6pm – 8pm. You can find other groups in your area here.
Scottish Trans Alliance work towards improving gender identity and gender reassignment equality, rights, and inclusion. In addition to supporting community groups for trans folk to meet, they also offer guides on topics like gender recognition, changing name, and using pronouns.
Disability focused groups
Deaf Rainbow UK aims to provide information and resources for Deaf LGBTIQIA+ people.
Parapride makes life more accessible for LGBTQIA+ disabled people. Through events, workshops and research, they advocate for the LGBTQIA+ disabled community and their allies.
LGBTQ+ Carers group is a partnership between LGBT Health and Wellbeing and the Carewell Health and Wellbeing Partnership to offer a space for LGBTQIA+ carers to get practical, emotional and peer support.
Free Sanitary Products
Free sanitary products are available to people who menstruate in gender neutral toilet facilities throughout both campuses. In addition, the college operates a partnership with Hey Girls to deliver a range of free sanitary products to all students. Although called Hey Girls, products are available to anyone who menstruates, regardless of their gender identity.
My Period hosts an interactive map of where to pick up free sanitary products which can be filtered by facility including male, female, gender neutral, and accessible.
